学习心得

本周我参加了小学音乐教师的引智培训班。一周的时间着实很短暂，但却留给了我满满的收获和深深的思考。在这一周里，我见识了老师的风趣幽默，别具一格的教学方法，提高了自身的英语综合能力。

本次培训我们的外籍老师是来自加拿大的MJ老师，老师身上有着西方人与生俱来的幽默，但同时也是一位很严谨的老师。老师的课经过了大量的精心准备，有多种多样的趣味活动，生动活泼、富有情趣，是大家喜爱的。在课堂中老师帮助我们大胆开口说英语，耐心指导我们的发音，一周我的口语水平有了小小的提升，同时老师还会同时老师每堂课都会“抓”住一个话题体育，加拿大或是谚语俚语等，让我们的知识面大大拓展。

除此之外，外教的教学理念更是令我心生感慨。在课堂上，“Good!”这类激励的话语不绝于耳，肯定的眼神如影随形。让我们更加大胆自信的说起英语。

希望下一周老师能够在讲这些知识的同时带我们再体验体验录音的魅力，我们对此都很有兴趣。

一周的培训，收获了知识，学无止境！
