教学过程： 第一步：重难点突破 T：Hello, boys and girls. Nice to meet you.同学们，很高兴认识你们。这节课我们将学习Unit 9 What’s the matter? T: I’m very happy now，but how about my friends? 现在我很开心，但是我的朋友们怎么样呢？先来看看Jim。 T: Look! Jim is not happy. Jim好像不开心。(PPT) T:让我用下面的句子来问问他怎么了？请看句子。(PPT) What’s the matter，Jim？（对着银幕大声，重复，慢）Jim，你怎么了？ T:请注意单词matter。请注意看我的口形示范。 T:现在请和我一起大声问Jim：What’s the matter，Jim？ T: 他到底怎么了?让我们来听听他的回答。(PPT) (PPT)：I’m tired. T: Please listen again. (PPT) T: 请再听一次。(PPT) T: Jim说：I’m tired. 我累了。请注意“tired”这个单词的发音。请看老师的口形认真模仿。Follow me, please. （tired领读两遍，I’m tired. 领读两遍） T: 原来呀Jim是累了。那么Ben呢？Look！ (PPT) T: Ben怎么了? 让我们再来问问Ben吧。What’s the matter，Ben？ Ben说：I’m ill. 我病了。 T: Ben生病了。请注意单词ill。 Read after me. T: Yang Ling怎么了？让我们一起来问一问。What’s the matter，Yang Ling？Yang Ling说: I’m thirsty. 我口渴了。 T: 请注意thirsty 这个单词。请注意看老师的口形示范。Follow me, please. （领读3遍） T: Yang Ling is thirsty. How about David? Let’s have a look! T: (PPT)David怎么了？请和我一起问。What’s the matter，David？David说：I’m hungry. 我饿了。 T: Read after me. T: 同学们，请记住：当你想询问别人怎么了，可以用“What’s the matter？”来表达对别人的关心。(PPT) T: 回答用I’m …加上所学的表达感觉的单词。(PPT) Please read after me. T: 现在让我们把单词和句子用歌曲的形式唱出来。（PPT显示歌词）请听我先唱一遍。 What’s the matter? What’s the matter? 第二步：课文学习 1 T: Boys and girls. Now please look! Who is he? (PPT) T: Yes, he is Liu Tao. What’s the matter with Liu Tao? Let’s guess. 刘涛怎么了？让我们来猜一猜。请先看这几个同学是怎么猜的。 S1: He is ill. S2: He is tired. S3: He is thirsty. S4: He is hungry. T: Liu Tao到底怎么了呢？现在让我们来看一段动画吧。(PPT) T: 请回答问题。What’s the matter with Liu Tao? (PPT) T: Yes, he is thirsty. 看来刚才Jack猜对了。同学们，你猜对了吗？ Liu Tao口渴了。让我们来帮一帮他好吗？请看屏幕。 T:上面有三个办法。请先跟我读一读。. (PPT) PPT显示： A. Here’s a cake for you. B. Here’s a glass of water for you. C. Here’s a chair for you. T: 哪一个办法最合适呢？Yes，对了。（PPT显示正确答案）B. Here’s a glass of water for you.”是最合适的办法。Liu Tao的妈妈也是这样帮他的。Please read after me.
2 T:（PPT）Liu Tao喝过水了。可是他还是感觉不舒服？我们再来看一段动画。（PPT播放录音）（PPT） T: Now we know Liu Tao is tired.听了录音我们知道Liu Tao累了。在录音中Liu Tao 的妈妈问Liu Tao说 “Are you ill？”（PPT） T: Liu Tao 回答说：“No，I’m tired.”Follow me, please.（PPT） T: Liu Tao累了。他的爸爸给了他建议。在看建议之前我们先学习一个句子：Why don’t you…? 你为什么不……？（PPT）Read after me. PPT显示： Why don’t you…? 为什么不……？ T:（PPT）现在请看这三个表示建议的句子。 PPT显示： A. Why don’t you have some cakes? B. Why don’t you drink some water? C. Why don’t you go to bed? T: （PPT显示正确答案）Liu Tao爸爸的建议是什么呢？Yes，是C. Why don’t you go to bed? Follow me, please.
3 T: 同学们，你记住Why don’t you…?句型了吗？Now let’s watch the cartoon . Please watch carefully. 现在让我们一起看A部分的动画，请仔细看哦。（PPT） T: 现在请回答问题：（PPT） PPT显示： Questions:

4 T: 现在请分角色在小组中读一读对话吧。
